Senior Recruitment Consultant - Life Science

At Kinetica, we are currently searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Life Science Division.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant,  you will establish and run your own recruitment desk within the Life Science industry. 

Job Responsibilities include:

• Performing business development activities to establish a new client base within the scientific sector.
• Network with clients and candidates to generate and maintain new business.
• Work with Kinetica’s existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, continued success and an excellent business relationship. 
• Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish including, headhunting, screening candidates, organising interviews and managing the offer process.
• Collaborating with team members to further drive business.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience working in scientific recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to network with clients and candidates and influence others.
• Ability to integrate into an established team that has ambitious future growth plans.
