We trust that no matter your location, whether you work from home, in the office or a mix of both; you will get the job done. There are no unnecessary KPI's and you will not be micro-managed.

Known for long hours and a high staff turnover, recruitment doesn't have the best reputation. Kinetica is working hard to change that perception - from finishing early on a Friday, to flexible working times and locations. Commission Without Compromise
You have the potential to earn not only a fantastic base salary but uncapped commission. Through competitor analysis and in-depth market research, we have created a commission structure that is unbeaten, meaning you will be financially better off with us. We do not offer an escalator commission scheme like other recruitment agencies, but instead we offer one of the highest commission rates, with a very low threshold, meaning every month is a guaranteed payday.
Our teams are comprised of driven people who exceed their targets, but we do not believe in reaching them at any cost. With the right support and training, people can achieve their professional goals, without it being detrimental to an individual's well-being and work-life balance.
