At Kinetica, we are currently searching for a passionate candidate with a background in science to join our Life Science division as a Recruitment Consultant. 

You will report to the Head of Omics and will work closely with him to establish a recruitment desk focused on hiring technical scientific staff within the genomics and proteomics industry. 

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Performing business development activities to establish a new client base within technical Life Science recruitment. You will focus on R&D and scientific roles within the genomics and proteomics industries.
  • Network with clients and candidates to generate and maintain new business.
  • Work with Kinetica’s existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, continued success and an excellent business relationship. 
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish including, headhunting, screening candidates, organising interviews and managing the offer process.
  • Collaborating with team members to further drive business.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the scientific industry and technologies to ensure you provide your clients and candidates with the highest level technical recruitment service.


  • Must possess a BSc in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or a similar discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to network with technical scientific staff.
  • Ability to integrate into an established team that has ambitious future growth plans.
  • Industry laboratory experience would be beneficial, but not a necessity.
  • Passion for science.
