Why Was The Crystal Maze Experience Such a Perfect Choice For Our Company Office Day?

Last Thursday, we marked our monthly Company Office Day with an exciting excursion to Manchester for the Crystal Maze Live Experience. 
  
In my opinion selecting the Crystal Maze challenge had to be one of the best choices for our company day. It had something for everyone allowing all our employees to showcase their abilities in memory, skill, and physical challenges, whilst also reminiscing about a favourite childhood show.

What I like the most about this type of challenge is how it involves breaking into groups and often collaborating with colleagues we may not typically interact with on a daily basis. This provides an excellent opportunity to learn more about the remarkable individuals who make up our workforce and to forge stronger social connections.

I also think the challenge was perfect as it ignited our innate competitive spirit, which is such a given in the recruiting profession, yet it also succeeded in bringing our teams closer together, as we had to collaborate and support each other to complete the tasks.

Overall I think it was a great challenge and everyone absolutely loved it. It's safe to say that it will definitely be a part of our plans for next year!
