At Kinetica we truly try to provide our employees with the utmost flexibility. We are committed to fostering a work environment where our team can strike a healthy work-life balance, seamlessly integrating their professional and personal lives. This means our employees have the freedom to flex their working hours and location choosing between working remote or in-office, or even opting for a hybrid combination of both. Our consultants have the autonomy to determine the approach that best empowers their success, and we are here to support them every step of the way.
The only challenge in this approach is ensuring that our team remains connected, particularly when some staff members work entirely remotely or follow a hybrid schedule, coming into the office only once or twice a week. To tackle this, we organize a monthly company-wide office day. This special day brings our entire team together, promoting collaboration, discussion of ongoing projects and company activities, engaging in fun social events or team-building exercises. During our office days, we offer a diverse array of activities, such as cookery classes, the Crystal Maze challenge, crazy golf, bowling, shuffleboard, sports day, and all-expenses-paid lunch with drinks.
It's an excellent opportunity to network with colleagues across the company, as we mix up teams to ensure everyone feels included. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, as our team values this office day as a chance to deeply immerse themselves in our company culture and to enjoy social interactions with colleagues without the focus on work-related tasks.
